Founded in 2019, JAAMN Properties has been disrupting the model in real estate investing for the past 5 years. Initially this was a simple fix and flip strategy that has since evolved into a force in real estate. Now we are looking to scale.
Our Philosophy
At JAAMN Properties, we believe that there is a place for basic fix and flip and that money may be made with that strategy, however we have perfected a better model with more certainty, opportunity and results.

We use the latest technology including AI to identify properties. These properties represent value in area, use, or other proprietary improvements which we have next level skill at identifying and executing.
